1. Information We Collect
When you use Bitget AML Check, we process the public wallet address you provide solely for the purpose of performing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening. We do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or any other sensitive authentication credentials.
- Wallet Address: The public blockchain address you provide for screening is transmitted to our AML provider and is not stored by us after the check completes.
- Connection Metadata: We do not log IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or geolocation data associated with AML checks.
- Cookies: We use a minimal cookie to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your wallet address is used exclusively to query AML risk databases and return a risk report. We do not use your address for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to AML screening.
3. Data Sharing
We share the wallet address with our third-party AML data provider solely to perform the risk screening. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties. Our AML provider is contractually bound to process addresses only for screening purposes.
4. Data Retention
We do not maintain a database of checked addresses. Each AML check is processed in real-time, and the results are displayed to you without being persisted on our servers. Report data exists only in your browser session.
5. Security
All communication between your browser, our servers, and the AML provider is encrypted using TLS. We never request your private key, seed phrase, or transaction signatures. Wallet connection is read-only and only retrieves your public address.
6. Third-Party Links
Our service may contain links to external websites such as blockchain explorers, wallet providers, and AML data sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
7. Contact
